As a client, what options/levels of search are available? In an effort to address our clients needs and requests, TPE Staffing has developed three options for permanent recruiting needs. They are: 2.) Engagement Fee - An engaged search is entered into my most clients who need to fill senior level positions. With this search, a dedicated search team is created to fill a position in a short and specified period of time. The initial engagement fee is fully refundable if no candidate can be found and all fees paid in advance are discounted off of the finial invoice. 3.) Contingency Search - This search is designed to fulfill both individual search assignments and ongoing openings, not requiring full payment unless we fill the position. We recruit and place sales and marketing candidates for software, e-business, and interactive media companies. We have become known as one of the best networked, leading firms in the industry. What kind of guarantee do you offer for on your candidates? We offer a full 12-month, 100% money-back guarantee on all of our candidates. This covers virtually every employee initiated termination including up to death or mental disability. All candidates are insured with ExecuSure coverage as of August 1st, 2008. What is ExecuSure?
