SearchPath International aligns with Antal International
• SPI and Antal International join in a strategic relationship to better serve their clients’
international needs.
CLEVELAND, September 16, 2008 – SearchPath International (http://www.searchpath.com), a
Cleveland-based franchisor of talent acquisition professional services firms with more than 70 offices
across the United States, is proud to announce the formation of a strategic relationship with Antal
International.
This relationship will create a collaboration of more than 120 offices with over 600 consultants,
located in 28 countries spanning five continents. This provides a solid international network for SPI
and a presence in the USA for Antal.
This strategic relationship will mutually benefit SPI and Antal by allowing us to fully service our clients’
international needs, further strengthen existing relationships, enable a new service offering to obtain
additional business, and increase revenue for both firms through shared projects.
“One of the key goals of SPI is to be the world’s most dominating talent acquisition professional
services firm with a pure client centric focus. Our clients are expanding globally and we need to have
an international presence that will ensure our ability to solve all of our clients international talent
needs regardless of location. Antal is one of the most innovative international search firms
encompassing great leadership with a strong focus on quality. They share SPI’s philosophy in
regards to execution, service and maintaining a client centric focus. I am very excited to leverage our
presence in the US with Antal’s ever growing international network.” Tom Johnston, President and
CEO of SearchPath International
“We’re already well-established in Europe, the Middle East, India, Asia and Africa and recently moved
into the Latin American market with a new office in Brazil, “says Antal International’s Chairman and
CEO, Tony Goodwin. “Partnering with SearchPath gives us that next key piece in the global jigsaw –
the USA.”
“We hear a lot about relationships between recruitment firms these days,” says Doug Bugie, the
Antal director, who brokered the deal, “but this is something different. I’ve personally known the
people behind SearchPath for many years and this has allowed us to set up a genuine joint venture
type arrangement where we will be sharing candidates, clients and market information on a day-today
basis.”
